We needed to help a resident to place two homes on the market. Dustin took over and he did a magnificent job with the market research, title search, working with the resident’s Attorney. This listing was not a prize listing but Dustin made everyone feel like these were the only listing. The formalities of the listing were completed and Dustin felt like this would be a quick sale for both homes. Both homes come in at near asking price and both were cash sales. Dustin was very informative, stuck with my must haves and won’t live withs, and he adhered to my budget. He was never pushy and let me take my time. We eventually found the one. I, being a first time home buyer, had a million questions. Day or night he took the time to answer them all. I have since sold that home to adjust to my growing family and I would not have trusted anyone but the Vista Realty team. Dustin and Michelle sold our home in less than 24 hours for full asking price!!! We (my family) decided to buy in a new subdivision and had a house built. Dustin made our home sale happen and kept our heads in it, even when it looked to be ground to a halt. He went above and beyond when negotiating and told us to hold firm with our offer when it was initially rejected. They accepted our counter, which was unchanged from the original.
