I am a small town Texas native and spent five years in Dallas, but moving to Canyon Lake was an easy decision after visiting family. I have nearly 15 years of purchasing experience with success in providing customer service, loyalty, and reliability.
Ryan Klaftenegger and I created K12 Realty Team from our passion for real estate and the enjoyment to connect with the community we live in. Our goal is to provide the most ease in the buying or selling experience with superior customer service.
I have great admiration for unique finds at local resale shops, interior/ exterior design, local festivals, and meeting new and longtime residents. We live Canyon Lake surrounded by family with our rescue fur babies Beau & Ty.

My husband and I were fortunate to be aided in our Canyon Lake home search by Elizabeth Coleman and her partner, Ryan Klaftenegger. Elizabeth was so easy to work with, and never missed answering a text or phone call promptly. Along with being very knowledgeable about the area and the housing market, she is just a delightful person. Once we found “the home,” she worked tirelessly on our behalf, coordinating contracts and counter-offers and inspections. Ryan, too, was a huge help to us, not only with advice and encouragement, but with his presence at our inspection. Our inspector couldn’t get an exterior main electrical panel open, and wouldn’t use force of any kind to open it. Ryan said, “Just a moment,” stepped out, stepped back in a minute later, and said, “It’s open now.” He didn’t use force either, just found where paint had sealed the panel door shut and scraped it off. That’s the type of help that homebuyers truly need…agents who are determined to get the job done, whether dealing with inspectors or contractors or sellers, and not back down until the job IS done. Buying a home is a stressful time, for so many reasons. Having a realtor one can trust whole-heartedly eliminates a great deal of that stress. Knowing Elizabeth and Ryan were looking after our best interests was incredibly reassuring. To further illustrate her dedication, Elizabeth has stayed in touch with us after our closing, just checking in and also offering countless recommendations for contractors, restaurants, and local activities…and they’ve all been winners. My family and I were moving from North Carolina. I contacted Beth and Ryan and met them for three days to look for a house and possibly select one, close on it, and have everything else taken care of. Most would look at this as an impossible feat. Not them! Not only did we find a house, but Beth and Ryan put me in contact with personally referenced inspectors, home insurance options, and a different mortgage company from the one I was originally going to go through which saved me a whole lot of money. Completing this process from 1,500 miles away made me nervous but Beth and Ryan had mine and my family’s wishes and interests at the forefront of their minds. They were there when we could physically be to take care of inspections and repairs. I definitely recommend this personable pair. They will take care of you regardless of the distance, mission, or circumstance. I would send messages to Beth and/or Ryan sometimes at 10 pm and I would get a prompt answer. They truly helped my family through this process with kind hearts, hard truths, and friendship. Truly knowledgeable on everything, and truly now a life-long friend. Don’t use this couple to help you buy your next home unless you want honest and hard-working people that will become part of your family.
