About two months ago, one of your agents recommended Dustin Erwin to Autumn Winds. Dustin was called and he arrived within a couple of days. We needed to help a resident to place two homes on the market. Dustin took over and he did a magnificent job with the market research, title search, working with the resident’s Attorney. This listing was not a prize listing but Dustin made everyone feel like these were the only listing. The formalities of the listing were completed and Dustin felt like this would be a quick sale for both homes. Both homes come in at near asking price and both were cash sales. What a great job by Dustin and the Vista team. Close was within a three to four week timeframe. Dustin’s professionalism and courteous manner made the family very relaxed and very very happy. My family and I were moving from North Carolina. I contacted Beth and Ryan and met them for three days to look for a house and possibly select one, close on it, and have everything else taken care of. Most would look at this as an impossible feat. Not them! Not only did we find a house, but Beth and Ryan put me in contact with personally referenced inspectors, home insurance options, and a different mortgage company from the one I was originally going to go through which saved me a whole lot of money. Completing this process from 1,500 miles away made me nervous but Beth and Ryan had mine and my family’s wishes and interests at the forefront of their minds. They were there when we could physically be to take care of inspections and repairs. I definitely recommend this personable pair. They will take care of you regardless of the distance, mission, or circumstance. I would send messages to Beth and/or Ryan sometimes at 10 pm and I would get a prompt answer. They truly helped my family through this process with kind hearts, hard truths, and friendship. Truly knowledgeable on everything, and truly now a life-long friend. Don’t use this couple to help you buy your next home unless you want honest and hard-working people that will become part of your family.
