When I contacted Gee initially, my family and I resided in Central Oregon. I have never purchased a home out of state before and the process seemed both intimidating and overwhelming. I had already spoken to two other realtors and they were lacking in energy, enthusiasm, and most importantly, knowledge. Gee was truly a breath of fresh air; his confidence, experience, and attitude made the task of finding a home 2000 miles away not only obtainable, but enjoyable. This would be the fourth home I’ve purchased, and I have never had a more attentive realtor. We traveled to Texas for four days, with only three of those days set aside for house hunting. I had a tremendous spreadsheet of houses we wanted to look at to get the most out of our time. Gee did not hesitate and instead of dreading my method of organization, quickly jumped in and updated my listings with his own notes and thoughts on both the home and location. We had rented a minivan, and Gee was so kind to drive us around so we could enjoy the scenery and get a better idea of the neighborhoods we were checking out. He treated us like long time friends immediately. He took us to lunch, engaged with my toddler, brought us breakfast in the morning, and pointed out places we had to visit once we got settled in. He never seemed tired, bored, or exhausted with driving us with a cranky toddler all day, for three days! But that’s not all! I have in all my home buying experience, never had anyone hustle even half as hard as Gee. Even after a very long day of house hunting, Gee would reach out to his realtor network and look for houses that were just coming on the market. It was because of that relentless customer service that we ended up in the house we purchased; it never even made it on the market! Gee is such a dedicated professional that his network is phenomenal. We ended up using the lender he recommended and they were incredible as well. He didn’t just sell us a house and then disappear. He checked on us regularly while we waited to close, he was at our new home during the inspection on our behalf, he answered questions at ridiculous hours, and even still he continues to be a valuable resource when we are looking for the best queso, barber, church, etc. Gee was our first exposure to Central Texas and he absolutely represented this area with integrity, kindness, and a stellar work ethic. Gee will be our realtor for life, hands down! The Hudson Family
