He went above and beyond… -- Mar 2015

Dustin made our home sale happen and kept our heads in it, even when it looked to be ground to a halt. He went above and beyond when negotiating and told us to hold firm with our offer when it was initially rejected. They accepted our counter, which was unchanged from the original. He also arranged for paperwork to be hot shotted 4 hours away to me when I couldn’t escape work. He was very understanding and patient. I recommend him highly to anyone looking for a home. –CP

My family recently relocated from MN to TX and Gerard Montenegro helped us buy our new home before we moved to TX, and during a global pandemic. We are very grateful for his time giving us a tour, twice, using Facetime while we were still in MN.
